About this course
The journey
OpenResty embeds Lua inside Nginx, so you can make routing, security and caching decisions at the edge in microseconds. This course teaches the request phases, shared dictionaries, cosockets and the libraries that make it production-ready.
You build a rate limiter, a token-checking gateway, a cache with stale-while-revalidate and a small A/B router, and learn how to test and profile Lua running inside Nginx.
